We finally had a nice warm day yesterday. We went to the park, tried to ride Addie's bike and worked in the yard. Then after a nice long nap for the kiddos, we had some friends over for a cookout. Our first chance to eat outside this year! The kids loved it. Plus, I got the chance to see how boys wrestle and fight... boy am I glad I had girls! I was sure someone was going to crack their head open on the granite blocks surrounding my garden. Their mom just said, "It wouldn't be the first time." Yep, glad I have girls. :)

your glad now, wait till they are 16 and 14. you will WISH they would fight like boys!
I hvae to agree with "you'll see" boys are harder the deal with until in the beginning, but it gets easier....girls....well, we all know how girls get when the teens hit....
I always said "Boys will hit you and be done with it, while girls will plot and plan their revenge and 6 years after the incident, you will find yourself stabbed with a rat tail comb and blinded by aquanet in a bathroom somewehre." Why? Because one day, back in high school, you "looked at her wrong...."
I think boys are easier...but I could be wrong....
