I want to show everyone what I found in one of the local papers this week. It's from the Cloquet Pine Journal in Cloquet, MN. They have an allergy response team in the elementary schools that practice drills on a regular basis. This is the first time I've heard of an allergy response team in the schools - I think it's fantastic. The more awareness we can bring to the issue of food allergies, the better.
