I realize I'm a total geek. I need to have a plan. I need to have lists. I really need to know when I'm going to eat next and what it's going to be. I don't know why. That's just the way I am.
I am ecstatically happy that I found this. It's a monthly menu plan from Woman's Day. Now, it's not specifically dairy-free, however, I think I can substitute dairy free things or just change out those nights to fit my whim. All of the recipes are super easy looking but sound wonderful. Who wouldn't want to come home to Cuban Pork Chops, black beans and rice and tomato and cucumber salad? Or Broiled Curried Chicken Breasts, Jasmine Rice and Roasted Vegetables? Mmmm.... seriously, if this had pictures, it would be food porn. The site even has a weekly shopping list. Have I mentioned I love lists?
Oh yes, and for those of you who only come here for the kid pictures, I give you this.
That's the girls playing with Play Doh at our friend's the Kazel's house. That's whose house we were at during the HUGE storm we got on Tuesday.

You're not a geek... just a Mom trying to be organized. Are you able to write your shopping lists in the order you will find things in the grocery store? That's when you graduate to geek status:-) (I've been a geek for years!)
Cute photos! Let's do it again some time... minus the snow.
